Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers superb rooms overlooking the croquet lawn, and the breakfast finished off a lovely relaxing stay. The staff are attentive and kind, providing excellent service. The location, although slightly overpriced, offers exquisite views of the grounds perfect for exploring. The dining experience is delicious, though a bit careless at times. Overall, a great place to stay with wonderful amenities and facilities.
The hotel rooms were very comfortable with vast and comfortable beds, but not practical for two adults. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. The location offers lovely walks through gardens and is near the dramatic Highcliffe Beach. Dining options were good with some sub-standard quality. The facilities were well-maintained with plenty of surprises to explore on the property.
My stay at the hotel was truly special. The garden room with a lovely view across the lawn and our own little garden area with furniture was a delightful hideaway. The spacious and immaculately clean room, complete with a bunk bed for our kids, made our stay memorable. The service was incredibly attentive without ever being intrusive, offering top-class personalized assistance. The location, visually appealing with quiet surroundings, added to the charm of the hotel. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but overall enjoyable. The facilities provided added convenience to our stay.
